About the Role

The Company is in search of a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to spearhead their business development activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing direct sales operations, and contributing to the strategic design and implementation of go-to-market plans. Key responsibilities for the Sales Director include cultivating new business opportunities, establishing a strong market presence, leading and managing a sales force, and engaging with clients to present products and develop tailored solutions. This role demands a proven track record in sales, particularly within the life sciences and startup environments, and requires a leader with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Applicants for the Sales Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum requirement, with a Master’s degree being preferred.
