Drupal Developer Location : Sacramento, Ca Job Type : Temp/Contract Hours : Full Time Travel : No Relocation : No Job Description : We are looking for a Software Engineer to provide Drupal 9.x or above and PHP support services. This work will include the development and integration of new Drupal 9.x or above content types, as well as PHP-related security repairs to applications accessible through websites. The Developer will also collaborate with an in-house website team to upgrade, add new features, and refine existing content types, as well as develop existing Drupal website enhancements as needed. All work to be initially performed in Drupal Dev and Staging environments, and then upon testing and approval, finalized and implemented in the Drupal Production environment. The selected developer will also collaborate with in-house PHP development staff to analyze existing scripted legacy PHP applications for possible conversion to Drupal based applications or provide needed security repairs to PHP application code as required. Required Qualifications : Must have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Must have Drupal (v8, v9, v10) Developer with experience in PHP Object Oriented development. Must have Drupal (v8, v9, v10) Developer with experience in Creating and maintaining Content Types, Blocks, Views, SOLr Facets, WebForms etc. Must have Drupal (v8, v9, v10) Developer with experience in Experience developing Front-end/UX (appearance) pages & templates using Twig, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript & jQuery. Must have Drupal (v8, v9, v10) Developer with experience in Experience working with Modules, Themes and other third-party code. Must have experience using a Hosted Drupal IDE (preferably Acquia), expert knowledge of Git/GitHUB and the Config Import/Export tools. Must have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
