As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and attendees. Your role is to provide outstanding support, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently and with a friendly attitude. Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing helpful and accurate information.
  • Assist customers with event-related questions, ticketing issues, and general service requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information on services, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly, patient, and able to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software are a plus.
  • No prior experience required—training will be provided.
