Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Insulator for their Rochester , NY location. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, develop, and understand the skills required to be an efficient and effective insulator.

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of insulation, spray foam, soffit and roof ventilation, and Whole House projects.
• Provide excellent customer service to all current customers.
• Ensure the insulation that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Utilize mobile devices and software to provide updates electronically to the customer’s order; and add and complete all transactions.

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience or coursework in construction, HVAC, or related industry preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Basic math skills

The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $20 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
