About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing outdoor, hands-on learning experiences. The successful candidate will be a seasoned and adaptable leader, dedicated to the values of educational excellence, stewardship, innovation, and experiential learning. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization, serving as the primary representative and visionary leader in local, regional, and national communities. This role involves close collaboration with the board, staff, partners, schools, and communities to drive strategic success, grow financial resources, and deepen the organization's commitment to experiential education and personal development. The ideal Executive Director for the company will have a proven track record in fostering strong relationships and will be adept at working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, board members, school leaders, donors, and partners. Key responsibilities include energizing and inspiring the team, embodying the organization's values, and ensuring its continued success and sustainability.
