This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef, located in Harrisburg, PA. The Executive Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu creation, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to a creative and collaborative team environment.
