Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading technology company that is revolutionizing how individuals interact with and manage information. This organization is at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to creating seamless, intelligent experiences that empower users globally. Join a team where your contributions directly shape the future of digital content interaction and user experience, making a tangible impact on millions. Are you a visionary designer passionate about crafting intuitive, human-centered experiences? We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team focused on advancing cutting-edge content management and consumption solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex challenges into elegant, user-friendly designs, influencing the core of how people engage with information. You will contribute to key initiatives by enriching advanced capabilities and designing intelligent, user-driven solutions that set new industry standards. What You’ll Do: * Produce essential design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, to clearly communicate design intent and explore innovative solutions. * Apply design thinking and user-centered methodologies to simplify intricate problems, delivering highly intuitive and effective experiences. * Integrate customer insights, research findings, and feedback directly into design decisions, ensuring user needs are at the forefront. * Collaborate closely with a diverse team of designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end user experiences across various platforms. * Develop prototypes at appropriate fidelity levels to validate ideas, refine interactions, and articulate the intended experience direction. * Contribute to the utilization of design systems, ensuring high craft quality and alignment across related offerings or feature areas. * Embrace change with agility, maintain a growth mindset, and continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field, OR equivalent practical UX/UI experience. * 0–2 years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design. * A compelling portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, user flows, and problem-solving across digital experiences. (Portfolios focused on print/marketing assets like brochures/flyers rather than digital UX design are not suitable for this role). * Demonstrated ability to prototype concepts effectively using tools such as Figma or similar, with 1–2 years of experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. * Strong attention to detail, a proven ability to iterate rapidly, and an openness to constructive feedback. * Excellent ability to collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams and articulate design decisions with clarity and conviction. * Strong UX design capabilities, evidenced by examples of simplifying complex user workflows. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience or exposure to advanced design principles or intelligent system design.
