Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Paint, and/or refurbish areas as needed.
• Clean windows and glass doors.
• Change of all filters for HVAC AHU’s Heat Pumps, Fan Powered VAVs as required.
• Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials.
• Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed.
• Lite electrical and plumbing as assigned.
• On call maintenance for all facilities, on a rotating schedule, respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain exterior property, including snow removal as needed.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Experience/Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task Valid Driver’s License to operate company vehicle.
• Familiarity with Downtown Harrisburg, Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg, PA a plus.
• Will train the right person.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interaction with team members, and external vendors.

Skill Set Physical Requirements/Environmental Exposure:

• Ability to follow instructions proficiently and adhere to safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working knowledge of general hand tools.
• Ability to push/lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Working in high noise levels requiring hearing protection.
• Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints.

Salary is based on experience.
