Job Description

We are looking for a talented, Greece-based developer (ideally Kavala-based) to expand our SaaS platform team. This remote position is open to candidates based in Greece, as it is offered under a Greek work contract, including all social benefits as mandated by Greek labor laws.

• Drive the development of the VueJS frontend for the MSAID SaaS Platform for proteomics
• Collaborate with an agile team to design, implement, and optimize a user-centered interface for a cloud-based big data processing pipeline
• Work closely with bioinformaticians and proteomic experts to integrate advanced data processing tools into the platform, enhancing accessibility for proteomic researchers
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the platform's architecture by applying best practices in code quality, security, and performance
• Utilize cloud technologies to build and deploy new features, improving platform efficiency and scalability

• Degree in computer science or adjacent field or equivalent professional experience as Web-developer
• Demonstrated experience with VueJS or similar required 
• Experience with OpenAPI, Playwright, E2E Testing desired
• Familiarity with Docker, Amazon Web Services (AWS), GitLab CI, and SQL is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Located in Greece, ideally near Kavala, for interaction with our Greece-based colleagues
