Responsibilities Menu planning in association with our farm manager to utilize seasonal produce and herbs Help create recipes according to our seasonal menu Cater small groups on occasion Perform excellent, efficient work in the kitchen Maintain food safety codes Help in the management of food inventories and ordering Help in the management of the back of house team Qualifications 3 years minimum back-of-house restaurant experience or culinary education Proven culinary skill - please attach reference photos to the application Excellent leadership skills with a talent in communication amongst staff Attentive to detail, talented chef, excellent food safety record Food safety certification Who We Are Zion Mountain Ranch is a resort located just off Zion National Park.
