Job Title: General Labor
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated General Labor and Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of gas fireplaces in a fast-paced team environment. Your tasks will include using small hand tools and light power tools to construct sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products. Additionally, you will perform packaging processes and operate production equipment such as flat wash and presses. This position requires working in a high-pressure environment for the entire shift.

Work EnvironmentWork in an industrial manufacturing environment where safety and quality are priorities. The production workforce consists of 350 people working in project teams of 15-25, depending on the department. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toe footwear. The factory can become warm in summer and cool in winter, so maintaining speed and quality despite temperature fluctuations is essential. Shifts are available from 6:00am to 4:30pm (M-TH) for 1st shift and 5:00pm to 3:30am (M-TH) for 2nd shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake City, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.00/hr.
