Job Description:
- Leading a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, maintenance, and customer service
- Ensure processes & procedures are performed properly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing service schedules and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and productivity
- Creating and presenting technical training programs for technicians
- Overseeing inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of equipment and parts
- Contribute to top line revenue by educating Technicians of all available accessories and services clients will benefit from.
- Coach service technicians on best practices to provide a top-level customer experience.
- Identify and ensure Technicians have the required minimum tools to perform their duties.
- Maintaining staffing levels and recruiting and hiring capable field technicians
- Monitoring employee performance and evaluating staff to determine training requirements
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, accurate reporting.
