Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC/R Commercial Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and commercial kitchen equipment. This role ensures that systems are installed according to specifications and that they operate efficiently and safely. About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation:
    • Install HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures.
    • Ensure systems are installed in compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
  2. Maintenance and Repair:
    • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC/R systems.
    • Replace defective components and parts as necessary.
  3. Testing and Inspection:
    • Conduct system tests and inspections to ensure proper operation.
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Verify system functionality and performance after installation and repair.
  4. Customer Interaction:
    • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
    • Explain system operations and maintenance to clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns promptly.
  5. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
    • Complete work orders, service reports, and other necessary documentation.
    • Ensure all paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in HVAC/R is preferred.
  • Valid HVAC/R technician license or certification.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Environment:
  • Work is performed in various commercial settings, including offices, retail stores, and industrial buildings.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions when working outdoors.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
