What you\'ll be doing day to day As a Business Account Leader, optimizing IKEA for Business sales and profitability, you will: Lead the IKEA for Business team; fostering their development, coaching them, and challenging them to encourage growth and exceptional performance. Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders. Analyze sales and customer KPIs to focus on important projects and enhance overall performance. Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in the market, both online and in person. Build long-lasting relationships with local businesses communities and actively promote IKEA as a reliable brand and business partner in the local market. Understand the market P&L and the influence the department has on the financial results. Present and sell larger projects to customers\' stakeholder/management groups. Create sales quotations, follow up on customer journeys, and see projects to completion.
