Salary: 101,566 - 126,500 USD per year Requirements:

• Must possess an Interim Secret clearance.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related STEM discipline is required. High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of military EW operational experience may be considered for test technician positions.
• 3+ years of related experience in Test Engineering is required.
• Experience in Integration Testing, Software Development, and Test Engineering is necessary.
• Ability to learn the operation of the IT II EW systems and exercise these systems safely.
• Proficiency in documenting and updating test procedures and results.
• Ability to work independently in a self-directed manner once trained.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including software, electrical, mechanical, RF, and systems engineering.
• Must have the capability to read and understand military EW requirements and conduct tests to validate those requirements.
• Must be available to work onsite at Point Mugu, CA, and occasionally travel.
• Willingness to work shift work when required.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with management and various engineering disciplines, logistics, production technicians, outside vendors, and military customers.
• Support the creation or maintenance of required process/procedure documentation or other acquisition/certification documentation.
• Review and understand military EW requirements and conduct tests to validate those requirements.
• Operate and exercise Intrepid Tiger II systems as required for testing.
• Calibrate and test various systems, components, and applications as necessary.
• Provide updates and suggestions to the Intrepid Tiger II user manuals based on observations during lab operations.
