WHAT'S THE MISSION?

To create a memorable & engaging customer experience and to solidify this experience by welding our solid gold seamless bracelets onto our customer's wrists

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

• As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
• Provide welding services in store including, but not limited to, welding or soldering a bracelet around a customer's wrist
• Using the welding machine & equipment correctly and with care, and raising any issues with your line manager
• Providing an exceptional customer service at all times whilst keeping up to date with current promotions and product knowledge

• This role is suitable for any Jewellers with welding or soldering experience and an interest in jewellery

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to change

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU:

• $21 per hour
• Tips & commission
• Product Allowance + Friends & Family Discount.

• 20 days holiday incl of bank holidays + 1 day per year of service pro rata
