About the Role
As a Junior Search Specialist, you will participate in executing and optimizing Amazon, Walmart, Google, Yahoo, and Bing search campaigns. With a primary focus on Amazon and Walmart, you’ll assist with the day to day management and optimization of paid search campaigns managing PPC strategy, keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
What You’ll Do
✅ Campaign Execution & Optimization – Support the creation and management of strategic PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring performance aligns with company goals.
✅ Keyword & Competitor Research – Analyze trends to refine targeting strategies and enhance ROI.
✅ Ad Spend Optimization – Assist in budget management and identify areas for improvement to maximize results.
✅ Testing & Quality Assurance – Conduct A/B testing and QA checks to ensure best practices and performance improvements.
✅ Data Analysis & Reporting – Compile and interpret performance data to generate weekly eCommerce reports and actionable insights.
✅ Collaboration – Work closely with project managers and the Digital Marketing team to align paid search efforts with overall marketing strategies.
What You Bring
🔹 Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
🔹 Experience – 1+ years of hands-on experience with PPC campaign management.
🔹 Platform Knowledge – Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and preferably Walmart advertising.
🔹 Analytical Skills – Strong ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
🔹 Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
🔹 Growth Mindset – Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and strategies.
🔹 Team Player – Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
