Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the right solutions.
• Utilize our A.I. CRM system to manage client accounts, streamline operations, and maximize productivity.
• Leverage our lead generation system to maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to offer the best advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of life,and health insurance.
• Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Technologically savvy, with a willingness to learn and embrace new tools and systems.
• Life and health licenses (or willingness to obtain if necessary).
