Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab to bring on a Linguistic Expert – Swedish (Sweden) . This is a part-time, in-person position (10–20 hours per week) at one of our client offices in San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, London, or Singapore . You’ll help refine AI-generated Swedish, ensuring accuracy, fluency, and alignment with Swedish cultural and linguistic norms.
Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and annotate Swedish AI-generated text.
Provide guidance on grammar, semantics, tone, and phrasing.
Create linguistic resources and documentation.
Collaborate with research teams to address Swedish language challenges.
Propose improvements to training datasets and algorithms.
Requirements
Native-level Swedish (Sweden) proficiency and strong English skills.
Excellent grasp of grammar, syntax, and cultural nuance.
Bachelor’s in Linguistics, Translation, or equivalent.
Experience in content review, editing, or annotation.
Knowledge of AI or NLP technologies is beneficial.
