We are seeking a meticulous Loan Adjuster to join our team in the Financial Services industry, located in HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania. As a Loan Adjuster, your main duties will include managing payment schedules, overseeing customer accounts, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain precise records of customer credit applications.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data effectively.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle inbound calls efficiently.
• Supervise accounts receivable and carry out billing functions as needed.
• Exhibit patience during customer interactions and when dealing with complex situations.
• Maintain accurate and efficient typing, with a speed of 55 words per minute.
• Conduct collections in a responsible manner, adhering to company policy.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Experience in Account Management with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Skilled in answering inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
• Familiarity with billing functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and financial reconciliation
