Position: Marketing Assistant / Online Promote

Company Overview:

Evolution Sports Group seeks a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team and help promote our company online. As a full-time, permanent member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and sales departments to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising

- Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales collateral

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform marketing strategies

- Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and review sites

- Help maintain and update our website and online listings

- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media pitches

- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with website management and content creation

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Passion for sports and a desire to promote our brand and products.

Package Details


Pay Rate: $40-65 per hour, depending on experience

Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $500 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible - Full-time (30-40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
