Medical Assembler 1ST & 2ND SHIFT $20/HR- $21/HR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. The role requires precision and the ability to learn complex processes quickly. You will be cross-trained at different stations and work in a cleanroom environment. This position requires weekly overtime, which varies from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
• Perform assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Cross-train at different assembly stations.
• Use blades, cutters, and other tools as needed.
• Work in a full cleanroom environment.
• Ensure all assembly processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively in English for audit purposes.

Essential Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Great hand dexterity.
• Ability to understand measurements with rulers and calipers.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prefer 6 months+ of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly, but open to entry-level candidates.
• Microscope experience.
• Cleanroom/assembly experience.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
