Skills and Experience:

What We’re Looking For:
Welding Skills

• TIG, MIG, Stick, or Flux-core welding techniques

• Aluminum and stainless steel welding (especially for TIG)

• Fabrication and fitting experience

• Ability to set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment

• Knowledge of weld symbols and blueprint reading

• Grinding, cutting, and finishing skills

Technical & Physical Skills

• Measuring and inspecting welds for quality assurance

• Operating hand tools, torches, and power tools

• Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and working in various environments

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair weld defects

Soft Skills (Company-Fit)

• Reliability and consistent attendance

• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
