Idaho Trust Mortgage, an affiliate of Idaho Trust Bank, is looking for an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager & Loan Originator to lead our Boise branch. This role offers a unique blend of leadership and production, allowing you to drive business growth, build a high-performing team, and originate loans while working with a trusted, relationship-focused mortgage brokerage.

As a Mortgage Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of mortgage professionals, develop referral networks, and expand our Preferred Broker relationships—all while maintaining your own personal production pipeline. What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of loan originators and processors
• Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing mortgage professionals
• Originate loans while maintaining strong client relationships
• Expand referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and financial professionals
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
• Develop branch production goals and support your team in achieving them

What We're looking For

• 5+ years of mortgage origination experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Active NMLS license (Idaho or eligibility to register in Idaho)
• Proven sales and leadership track record in a mortgage brokerage or bank environment
• Expertise in conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and HELOC loan products
• Strong business development skills and an existing referral network (preferred)
