Location: Centerburg, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate:

• MLT: $24.67/hr – $37/hr
• MT: $28/hr – $37/hr
• Shift Differential: $2.50/hr (Second Shift), $5.00/hr (Nights)

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join a dynamic healthcare team in Centerburg, OH . This night shift role offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
• Assists in the collection, processing, and analysis of tests ordered by a physician.
• Responsible for QC, calibration, and all instrument maintenance.

Benefits

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• Licensure: ASCP certification (or equivalent) required
• Experience: Prior lab experience preferred, but open to new grads
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in lab testing, QC, calibration, and instrument maintenance
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
