Job Description

Position: Office Cleaner.

Required Hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: Variable 5 day schedule. Must be available Monday-Saturday.

Locations: Primarily St. Clair. Some work may be required in surrounding cities.

Compensation: $15/hr.

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly (Every other Friday).

Typical hours can range from 7am-5pm for Day Shift and 3pm-11pm for Afternoon Shift. We also do post-construction, floor care, and window jobs that can take place at any time, day or night, and we need employees to be flexible and be available for those jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop.
• Wipe desks, chairs, conference rooms, break areas.
• Bathrooms (Replace paper and soap, sink, toilet, mirror)
• Empty trash and replace plastic bag.
• Disinfect high touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, etc.)
• Lock up buildings.

Requirements:

• Must pass background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Live in St. Clair County.
• Have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
