Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Online ESL Teachers to provide engaging and effective English lessons to students of all ages. Teaching materials and training will be provided to ensure a seamless and enjoyable teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
Teach English to students aged 5-18, as well as adults, via online platforms.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the learning experience.

Qualifications:
A reliable PC and a stable internet connection (mandatory).
TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred).
Previous teaching experience, especially online, is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:
Flexible scheduling, with peak teaching hours between 5 PM and 9 PM (Beijing Time).
