Operations Manager (Electrical Contractor)

One of the top Electrical Contractors in PA has an immediate need for an Operations Manager! Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.

Job Description and Duties:

• Significant years’ experience working for an electrical contracting company
• 10+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Oversee 5+ Electrical Project Managers.
• Experience planning and budgeting financial projections.
• Oversee 50+ electrical field personnel.
• Running project reviews and production meetings
• In charge of hiring new personnel.
• Team player with excellent communication skills
