We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician for a permanent hospitalist position in Southern California. The role involves providing quality inpatient care on a 7-on/7-off schedule while working collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues. We are seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician to join our group of Hospitalists and Nocturnists. Applicants must be able to work a 7-on/7-off schedule.Key Clinical ResponsibilitiesProvide quality inpatient careSelect 7-on/7-off schedule -OR - weekend coverageLimited, shared callOn-site lab and diagnosticsGreat communication and interpersonal skills Work with a collaborative, communicative group of physiciansServe and work with a diverse group of colleagues and patientsWe provide Hospitalist services at the following locations:Mission Community HospitalSouthern California Hospitals, Culver CityLos Angeles Community HospitalNorwalk Community HospitalAdventist Health - White MemorialMemorial Hospital of GardenaAdministrative ResponsibilitiesParticipate and coordinate appropriate patient care conferences and staff support servicesOpportunity to teach medical students and residentsComplete all documentation and charting on the same day or shift as the clinical service renderedQualificationsMedical Degree from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineCurrent California State Medical License to practice medicine without restrictionCurrent DEA certificate requiredOpportunity to work in a teaching environment A proven track record providing exceptional patient careBenefitsCompetitive salary Retention bonus available to the right candidateAs a Hospitalist with us you will be a part of a dynamic, growing company that is raising the standard in healthcare.
