Join the esteemed CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic Hematology/Oncology and Radiation/Oncology Team, a pioneering force in delivering exceptional multidisciplinary cancer care. With deep roots in the community, we are proud to usher in a new era of cancer treatment for East, Texas with the opening of our state-of-the-art Cancer Treatment Center in Fall 2026. This cutting-edge facility will feature approximately 32 infusion chairs overlooking a tranquil green park and healing garden, 18 exam rooms, and an on-site lab for convenient blood draws. The center will also be equipped with a two LINACs to deliver external beam irradiation, a dedicated area to deliver theragnostic molecules, a 3.0 Tesla MRI, and PET Scanner.
Northeast Texas faces a significant need for advanced cancer treatment services, making this role vital to supporting and improving the health of the growing community. With CHRISTUS Good Shepherds reputation of clinical excellence, excellent primary and specialty medical specialists, skilled surgical providers, and robust support services, you will have the resources to make a profound impact in an area that truly needs your expertise.
The ideal candidate will specialize in the treatment of cancer patients using radiation therapy, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The Radiation Oncologist will also provide patient education, monitor treatment progress, and collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
