What’s involved in this role:  

We are looking for a Plant Controller in Weyauwega, WI.

• Lead the plant office administrative team
• Provide standard production analysis/reports and other analysis/reports to Plant Management as requested.
• Oversee period close including journal entries, reconciliations and inventory tie-outs (raw materials, finished goods, supplies).
• Build and maintain profitability file for capex projects.
• Validate the execution and savings calculations of Global Strategies Sourcing (GSS) projects.
• Participate in the process to downgrade product and assign proper value.
• Prepare annual budget for the plant working with Plant Operations Management team.
• Provide monthly and YTD results analysis.
• 100% onsite

What you need to join our team:  

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Minimum five (5) years of general professional business experience required.
• Minimum three (3) years of related experience within food processing preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence system preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

• Our Weyauwega, WI, plant is home to approximately 225 employees. This facility produces award-winning feta and aged cheddar cheese, as well as lactose and reduced lactose whey. Weyauwega is a quaint rural community of 1,900, offering the opportunity for both rural and urban living.
