This role involves connecting with individuals on a personal level to cultivate donor relationships and inspire ongoing support for our impactful initiatives.
Position Overview: As the Donor Relations Coordinator - Field Outreach Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering meaningful connections with potential donors. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct face-to-face interactions in various community settings, sharing our mission and cultivating recurring donor relationships.
Responsibilities:
Donor Engagement:
Engage with individuals in the community through in-person interactions, providing information about our organization and the benefits of becoming a recurring donor.
Build rapport and relationships with potential donors to inspire ongoing support.
Direct Outreach Strategies:
Develop and execute direct outreach strategies to maximize donor sign-ups and contributions.
Utilize a variety of communication channels, including in-person conversations and grassroots marketing.
Campaign Integration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate field outreach efforts with broader organizational campaigns.
Assist in the coordination of events and activities to support donor relations.
Data Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
Provide regular reports on field outreach efforts, contributing insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a strong commitment to community causes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Previous experience in field outreach, community engagement, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly pay basis - base salary + commission.
