Our client is a real estate development and property management firm with a diverse portfolio of restaurants, commercial offices, multi-family buildings, high-end residential Malibu homes, and raw land assets. As their business expands, they are seeking an organized and dynamic Assistant Property Manager to manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio. Reporting to the Asset Manager, this role will manage projects, organize and oversee a maintenance team, supervise film shoots for different properties, and manage a short-term rental property portfolio.
