Quality Manager Opportunity – Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking a talented Quality Manager to oversee two on-site laboratories and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and customer specifications. This role is critical to maintaining and improving quality systems and fostering collaboration between production, quality teams, and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and ensure accurate sampling, testing, inspection, and reporting in two laboratories.
• Uphold safety standards and address analytical or equipment challenges.
• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Collaborate with production teams and customers to meet quality requirements and resolve issues.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team while addressing performance and operational concerns.

What You Bring:

• 3-5+ years of laboratory management experience within plastics manufacturing , environmental testing, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biology (preferred).
• Expertise in ISO 9001 standards; internal auditor certification a plus.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, Microsoft Office, and instruments like PET-IV viscometers and gas chromatography analyzers.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma credentials a bonus.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
