Our Optical Cable Corporation, a leader in the Fiber Optic Cable Industry, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Swannannoa, NC

Pay Range: 17.00

What's the Job?

• Conduct quality inspections on products and processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document and report quality issues and non-conformances to the relevant teams.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Needs experience with ISO 9001

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance is a plus.
• Experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.
