Our real estate company is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our agents with their home buyers and sellers to navigate through the process, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate. The role involves scheduling inspection appointments, vendor appointments, and repairs, as well as documenting and signing off on offers and counteroffers in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Schedule moving times and attend all closing-related meetings. Coordinate home inspections, negotiate repair prices, and ensure repairs are completed. Review all documentation, confirm signatures and dates to facilitate a smooth sale process. Obtain seller’s approval for buyer’s offers and counteroffers to expedite transactions. Assist real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders with paperwork, including escrow documents such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans. Oversee administrative tasks from executed purchase agreement to closing. Input client information into the database system, track transaction activities, and submit documents for file compliance. Arrange and attend transaction-related events, from inspections to closings. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred. Obtained or pursuing a real estate license. Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
