Job Description

Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: On-site (Nashville, TN)

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours (e.g., 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM)

Compensation: $80,000 annual base salary (based on experience), with a year-end bonus opportunity (total compensation ranging from $80,000 - $100,000)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is a crucial contract-to-hire position for individuals eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions (15-25 positions open per recruiter) across various companies and with different hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our blue-collar operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of blue-collar roles, including Drivers, Tenstreet operators, Yard Coordinators, and Mechanics.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including leveraging Randell Riley for advertising and managing incoming applications.
  • Conducting comprehensive candidate screening, including reviewing full resumes and partial applications.
  • Facilitating criminal background checks and DOT-regulated screenings as required.
  • Collaborating closely with multiple hiring managers across various acquired companies.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
