Summary
We're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. This is a perfect opportunity for a junior to midlevel recruiter to get in on the ground floor of a growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will be onsite Monday - Thursday at our Normandy blvd location with Friday work from home. The Manufacturing Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization.
