UNCHAIN is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategies and initiatives, shaping the brand's presence and driving user engagement. The CMO will play a crucial role in spearheading marketing efforts that elevate UNCHAIN visibility, foster community growth, and drive strategic partnerships to expand our global reach. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention. Lead a talented marketing team in executing campaigns across various channels to promote UNCHAIN services and values. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure brand consistency. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and media outlets to amplify UNCHAIN presence. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital finance landscape. Oversee the creation of engaging content, including social media campaigns, blog posts, videos, and press releases, to enhance brand engagement. Drive community engagement initiatives to cultivate a strong, active user community and advocate for UNCHAIN. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for growth and impact. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform marketing decisions and ensure compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in marketing leadership roles within the fintech, crypto, or tech industries. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. Experience in community building, influencer marketing, and brand development in the digital space. Passion for blockchain, decentralized finance, and emerging technologies.
