We have been in business for 35 years and continue to grow. We are currently looking to fill a position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This position will support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives, help streamline processes and ensure the smooth operation of campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Coordinate and manage sales-related activities, including client communications, lead generation, and follow-up.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, social media content, email newsletters).
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics.
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce), ensure that leads, opportunities, and customer data are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Help organize (and attend) events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Assist with market research to identify new opportunities and customer trends.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software tools
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms)
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
  • Previous experience in event planning and management
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
