About the Opportunity

We're seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and strategic Sales Recruiter to help us expand our exceptional sales force. This role will focus on recruiting and onboarding entry level door-to-door Sales Associates. You will partner closely with sales leaders to understand their hiring needs, create targeted recruiting strategies, and manage the full cycle hiring process. You'll play a key role in building the front line that represents our brand and drives our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit sales talent via job boards, social media, employee referrals, events, and direct outreach.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to evaluate sales potential, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Hiring Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing leaders to understand hiring goals and develop region-specific sourcing plans.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified sales candidates across multiple regions.
  • Process Management: Own the full hiring cycle—job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
  • Represent the Brand: Promote our unique culture, training programs, and career growth to attract top talent.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Track and report on hiring metrics. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Event Participation: Attend local events and job fairs to meet prospective candidates face-to-face and pitch career opportunities.
  • Human Resource Support: Learn the company onboarding process to assist the Human Resources Manager with onboarding team members within the sales & marketing organization. Attend disciplinary and termination meetings.
  • Continued Development: Keep abreast of the latest in fiber internet technology, competitors in the regions, and creative hiring practices to attract talent.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-pasted, always changing environment.

An active listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.

General knowledge of door-to-door Sales.

Up to 25% travel within Central, North Central and North Western Pennsylvania and Western New York may be required for interviewing, onboarding, job fairs or company meetings.

Education & Experience:

A college degree is desired but not required in lieu of applicable experience.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

A minimum of 1+ years of recruiting experience.

Experience in telecommunications or residential services like Solar, Pest Control, Home Security is a strong plus.
