Sales Recruitment & Training Coordinator

We’re excited to welcome a Sales Recruitment & Training Coordinator to support and grow our dynamic team of independent and in-house sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Identify and attract top talent for our independent and in-house sales teams, focusing on those who thrive in the school and library markets.
  • Training & Development: Create and deliver engaging training programs, equipping new hires with the skills and product knowledge they need to excel.
  • Onboarding: Ensure comprehensive onboarding for new team members, helping them understand our mission, products, and sales processes.
  • Continuous Support: Provide ongoing training and support for existing sales reps, keeping them current with market trends and sales techniques.
  • Market Insights: Leverage your knowledge of the educational and library sectors to stay ahead of market needs and trends.
  • CRM Utilization: Oversee Salesforce use, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline management.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with broader sales strategies and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales recruitment, training, or a related role, ideally in the educational or library sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the school and public library markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Ability to create and adapt training materials to suit team and market needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and provide training/support in the field.
