Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven SDR Manager / Director of Business Development to lead our Sales Development team in driving growth for our Cloud and End-User Computing (EUC) solutions. In this role, you will oversee lead generation, lead scoring, and outbound sales strategies, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality opportunities to the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring SDRs, refining lead qualification processes, implementing data-driven outreach strategies, and optimizing outbound sales motions. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to align efforts, track KPIs, and continuously improve performance.
