• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI and BO dashboards, reports, and data models for financial reporting.
• Experience in accounting, close and general data flow.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable BI/BO solutions.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems by reconciling BI/BO data with accounting records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities taking manual processes and automating the financial data gathering, reporting, and visualization.
• Assist in the integration of new data sources and tools to enhance financial reporting capabilities.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant accounting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and accounting
• Strong proficiency in ERP's, HFM, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a must.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
