Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
Contract personnel shall independently produce and database, as required, one or more of the following imagery and/or geospatial based target materials for the CENTCOM AOR in accordance with DoD policy, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Manuals/Instructions and CCMD policies and standards for target material production: May require Contractor to support 24/7 shift work, TDY and deployment for targeting operations and support.
The Contractor shall conduct imagery research, analysis and exploitation to produce imagery and/or geospatial based target materials (TM) and other products to support basic, intermediate and advanced target development along with combat assessment.
In support of this task the Contractor shall:
Produce geospatially enabled target materials (GETM) files in assigned database.
Provide recommended input to DoD, CJCS Manuals/Instructions, CENTCOM policies, SOPs and standards for TM production as required.
Coordinate with external and internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines.
Respond to RFI's and prepare and present briefings as required
Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
