R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications (Global Medical Affairs) in Los Angeles.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications (Global Medical Affairs):
  • Develop Global Medical content for Medical Affairs teams including slide decks, FAQs, and other resources to support the scientific communications strategy
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs leads as well as Field Medical teams across regions to ensure medical content addresses prioritized field needs
  • Maintain on-going communication with Publications, Medical Education/Congress planning and Medical Information teams to ensure alignment of materials with business strategies
  • Support the development and update of a strategic scientific communication plan for the assigned product/therapeutic area
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of medical communications trends and KPIs to drive updates and revisions
What we are looking for in a Senior Manager, Scientific Communications (Global Medical Affairs):
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in medical content development or related area within pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry
  • 3+ years of project management experience within a highly matrixed cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated track record of managing multiple vendors
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a fast-paced environment

Salary:
  • $120,000 to $124,800 (Dependent on Experience)
