Location: Remote field sales covering major metropolitan areas across New England
Employment: W-2, Full-Time
Reports to: Director of Business Development

Help bars and restaurants turn their TVs into profit centers with Live Sports Bingo—a fully automated, mobile-first game that syncs with live MLB, NBA, and NFL broadcasts. Venues use it to keep guests engaged longer, increase check averages, and drive repeat visits. You’ll run a full sales cycle in your territory—from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposal, and close—then partner with the venue team for a smooth program kickoff.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory plan for major New England metros; build a robust pipeline of bars, pubs, casual dining restaurants with TVs, taverns, and hotel lounges.
• Execute full-cycle sales: research, outreach, discovery, product demo, ROI framing, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Deliver high-impact virtual and on-site demos that highlight the turnkey, zero-staff setup and clear business outcomes.
• Collaborate with owners/GM’s on prize structure and gameday programming; coordinate clean hand-offs for onboarding and launch.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting; consistently hit monthly/quarterly new location goals.
• Conduct local travel within your territory to meet prospects and customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of B2B field sales with a strong record selling in or to the hospitality industry (bars/restaurants, on-prem beverage, foodservice, or restaurant tech/loyalty/POS).
• Existing relationships with owners/GM’s in your market and a hunter mindset (comfortable with outbound and door-to-door drop-ins).
• Excellent discovery, demo, and storytelling skills; able to translate features into venue revenue outcomes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Nice to have: distributor partnerships, multi-unit/franchise experience, Spanish bilingual.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base Salary: $72,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) at Quota: $120,000
• Uncapped commissions
