About the Role:

The Service Coordinator III role acts as a driving push for overall client satisfaction at ARM. The priority of this role is to address the needs of our customers and respond to concerns in a quick and effective manner, ensuring timely and thorough solutions. In this role you would optimize daily interactions and create, strengthen, and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally. This position will support ARM’s mission to serve our clients by identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies that positively impact client satisfaction. As a Service Coordinator III you will have the ability to make continuous improvements that lead to overall increased customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine what factors of production/repair will influence the cost of the service
  • Monitors and oversees the timely completion of work orders submitted by client
  • Enters status updates in client portal for important or escalated work orders with up-to-date information
  • Provides proposals for client approval that meet both client and ARM guidelines
  • Researches and resolves client issues through collaboration and problem solving with other departments
  • Maintains thorough and meticulous notes within ARM software regarding client work orders
  • Works with Territory Manager to deescalate any client concerns and create solutions that promote positive outcomes
  • Project oversight, document review, inspection, QA/QC, contractor supervision and coordination
  • Partner with outside contractors/resources when needed
  • Stays aware of industry best practices and implement them as needed
  • Promotes a positive and collaborative environment for both clients and co-workers
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Skilled Trades Market, Facilities and/or Project Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven experience managing contractor relationships preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyze data to understand bottlenecks and potential solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience writing reports and executing strategic planning
  • Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects
  • Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
