Job Title: Server Key Holder

Location: 7119 A Lone Oak rd. Spartanburg SC, 29303

Employment Type: Part-time, potentially full-time

Salary: $3.50 to $5.00 hourly

Position Summary:

As a Server Key Holder, you'll wear two hats-providing excellent front-of-house service as a server, while also taking on leadership duties including opening/closing responsibilities, staff support, and floor supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a management role in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding table service in line with restaurant standards.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the premises.
  • Support management by overseeing shifts when a supervisor or manager is not present.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain service quality throughout.
  • Train and mentor new staff members when needed.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
  • Prior key holder or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Must be at least 18 years old .
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • POS system proficiency and strong cash-handling skills.

Important : This is an earned position. The starting position is a member of our waitstaff, then once enough experience is gained, you will be promoted to key-holder.
