Description

Seeking a dedicated Small Box Truck Driver to join our team! We are willing to train the right candidate!

Compensation based on experience:

$20-$22/hour

Requirements

Duties include but not limited to:

• Safely and efficiently operate Small Box Truck / Flat bed / Van
• Safely and securely handle pick up and deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post trip inspections
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Paper work handling pertaining to work load
• Promptly and professionally communicate with team members (Dispatch, Office, Warehouse)
• Report all discrepancies, accidents, injuries, mechanic issues to proper personnel
• Comply with all policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
• All other taskss assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Small box truck / flatbed experience is plus
• Clean driver's history record
• Uphold professional manners
• Proficient with GPS, smart phone, and other routing devices
• Punctual, dependable, and resourceful
• High level of composure and good stress management

Physical Demands:

• Able to sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift to 50lbs.
• Able to operate electric / manual pallet jacks, cart, hand trucks
• Able to operate liftgate
• Some push and pulling
• Constant climbing in and out of truck
• Load / unload freight in and out of box truck as required
• Stack / down stacking as required
